EMEA Travel Program Manager

As EMEA Travel Program Manager (internally known as Travel Analyst II), you'll manage all daily travel operations for teams across Riot Games and oversee and track policy compliance to travel program with our established KPIs for supporting Riot's Global Travel Policy,
You will be based from the Dublin office and be supported by the Senior Global Travel Manager, also based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Oversees daily operations for Riot's EMEA region in the following areas:
- Daily travel operations to ensure outstanding customer service for Rioters, be main Point of Contact between Riot & our travel management company, and all relevant suppliers within the Travel space
- Monitor adherence to Riot's Travel and Expense policies and philosophy, and provide feedback to managers & Rioters as appropriate
- Support HRBP through training of new Rioter’s in Travel & Expense, and our chosen TMC
- Participate in relevant projects, such as TMC, OBT, Payment Provider, Hotels, Airlines etc.
- Evaluate & recommend regional efficiencies and processes that may enhance the Rioter experience and travel processes
- Work with Accounts Payable and other Finance teams to align budgets, reporting & payments to our vendors
- Provide support to our wider EMEA team with hotel sourcing projects for meeting & events, as well as Esports tournaments.
- Work with our EMEA Managers to provide useful reporting on spend analytics and improvement suggestions
Oversight for the EMEA Region:
- Rioter, traveler's satisfaction and wellbeing
- Strong collaboration with internal Riot teams and external partners
Sourcing:
- Source local hotels for Riot's prefer hotel program
- Source and support systems and tools that are in place for local ground transportation for events, when required
- Source Riot events that are in the region with a formalized RFP process
- Source airline deals where spend requirements are met
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of applicable experience within the travel industry
- TMC operations, reporting and technology experience
- Airlines, hotels and ground transportation experience
- General knowledge of information on travel management and concepts
- Sourcing and negotiating experience
